XA-C30 Description: Sony's Unilink system allows you to control as many as 7 Unilink CD or MiniDisc changers from an in-dash receiver that offers CD or MD changer controls. To add changers to your Unilink system, you need an adapter and a cable. The XA-C30 connects three changers (or two changers and another XA-C30 adapter).
If just one of your Unilink changers has Custom File capability, you can enjoy Custom File programming with the discs in every changer. Even though a disc was originally programmed into the memory of a different changer than the one it's currently loaded in, the in-dash receiver can still make the connection between the disc and its file. Every Custom File changer you add increases your Custom File memory by another 110 discs.
