ST2-XM Description: The Russound ST2, is a high performance dual AM/FM tuner and XM receiver that can be used in a wide variety of Multi-Room applications. Our first source component, the ST2 is designed to be the perfect complement to our award-winning CAV6.6 MS/MZ controller amplifier and UNO User Interface. However the ST2 can also be integrated into virtually any IR or RS-232 controlled application, including AMX or Crestron systems.
The ST2 leverages Russound's proprietary RNET platform to provide a smart tuner option for the UNO keypad, with easy operability and intuitive feedback. Right from the keypad, the end-user now has ready access to frequency, Station ID, preset or memory information- all in real time! Want more than two radio choices in a Multi-Source system? Just add a second ST2 for added flexibility and convenience.
Available July 2004, Russound is excited to announce that our ST2 Smart Tuner will be available with XM satellite radio as an affordable option. When used in a Multi-Room system, the convenience, extensive choice of programming and near cd quality sound can be available from anywhere in the home, at the touch of a button.
